Alliance for Constitutional Sex Offense Laws (ACSOL) is dedicated to protecting the Constitution by restoring the civil rights of registrants and their families. In order to achieve that objective, ACSOL will educate and litigate as well as support or oppose legislation. Primarily working in California, they do encompass response to national issues.
Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA) are groups of volunteers with professional supervision to support sex offenders as they reintegrate into society after their release from incarceration.
Families of Sex Offenders helps those with loved ones who are convicted of sex offenses.
NARSOL (National Association for Rational Sex Offender Laws) envisions effective, fact-based sexual offense laws and policies which promote public safety, safeguard civil liberties, honor human dignity, and offer holistic prevention, healing, and restoration. NARSOL also has a YouTube channel that features full-length videos of its past conferences and other helpful videos. It can be accessed by clicking here.
Registrant TAG (Travel Action Group) provides current entry and exit policies for many countries for those on the sex offender registry and discuss Internal Megan's Law issues. The site welcomes submission of travel experience reports for registered individuals and those with a felony on their record.

While not specifically addressing issues related to those who have been involved in improper or illegal sexual behavior, they will provide legal support targeting the constitutionality of laws enacted against those who been found be convicted or required to register.
